c. Provide vocational and other training programs to generate self-employment opportunities for needy women.

e. To organize workshops for these women on confidence - building, opportunities for self-employment, personality development, basic human rights to living, health education, vocational training, etc.
f. To provide for these women and children the scope to participate in recreational and social activities and festival celebrations.
g. To provide counseling and emotional support for the women and children with the aim of making them feel wanted and accepted.
PROJECTS:
We are involved in sourcing and giving out clothes, shoes, toys, and other items that are needed for the mental, physical and spiritual development of children in Africa. We donate this to different homes. We are interested in donating more as we are receiving positive feedback for the efforts made so far.

We are constructing CAREMATE CITY at Atan Otta (about 1.2km from the famous Canaan Land, Idiroko Road, Otta) for the sole purpose of using it as  hostels and comprehensive educational center for the homeless children between the ages of 6 and 15 years. The children to be housed here will be provided with free accommodation, food, clothing, education and healthcare. The children are also going to be given vocational training which might help them to survive in this world. It is our determination with God’s help and your help to replicate this type of accommodation in some cities in Africa.
MENTAL HEALTH FOUNDATION needs your help to offer assistance to the needy in our society, and to meet the aims and objectives set for the organization.

We cannot do it alone. A little help do really help for the sake of these children and the restoration of the bright future that destiny has been denying them.

Please help the FOUNDATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH.

HOW  YOU CAN HELP?

You can be of help to us in a number of ways which will eventually make a big difference in the lives of these children. A very little contribution will go a very long way to change their destiny.

2. Donate a learning aid or a recreational item. We will engrave your name on it and the children will remember you for life.

3. Donate a building which will be named after you or your beloved one and have your name live forever.

FMHL

FOUNDATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH is a charitable organisation established to care for and support homeless children, orphans, emotionally challenged  children between the ages of 6 and 15 years in Nigeria. It is one of our cardinal goals to house, clothe, feed, and give formal education to these children. We also aim to emphasis skills training to make them become very useful to themselves and the larger society in the possible nearest future.

We are constructing a learning center and a hostel to save them from rough sleeping or street napping. It is a good exercise to help humanity. It is a big project that needs your contributions. Kindly contribute your time, your knowledge, your connections, your advise to help FOUNDATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH.

Contact us at helpingh9@gmail.com or our London Office 17, Clarence Avenue, New Malden (02089429938/07931290386). Nothing is too small to help these innocent kids. Your old shoes, old bags, unwanted beddings, old mobile phones, pots and kettles, etc can be sent to help. Lest we forget, your old little, little pennies too will go a long way.

Thank you as you extend your helping hands to these less fortunate in our society.
